Has been coming slowly, but we already have a new update of WhatsApp for Android in a stable version of Google Play, the version 2.11.432. An update that has not reached to all at the same time, but that seems to be already available for all, but without an official list of news (is the same list as the previous version). Just remind you that two blue check and the new Message Info screen is already available.
As always, each new update from the stable version of WhatsApp for Android becomes a problem for many, because some devices just have 256MB of software memory (RAM) where the application is installed. A problem that could be solved by allowing the installation of the application in an external memory or in a SD card. But for now, this option is not available.
If you have memory problems when installing the update of WhatsApp for Android, one solution might be to uninstall the aplication and install the new version, but before this, we recommend you to save your chat historial. If you want to do this, just follow these simple steps.
Import and export the chat historial in WhatsApp:
- Go to WhatsApp–>-tap the menu button- Settings- Chat Settings-
- Tap Save conversations.
Once you have saved your chat historial and installed the new update then you must export the chat historial. For this you can use the function “Send chat historial”.
- Hold Tapping the conversation or group
- Select: Send chat by email
- Decide if you want to attach files or not
An email will be drafted with the chat historial attached in .txt format. If you selected (Attach File) the latest shared files will also be attached to the email.Advertisements
